About Pamoza 5K
We’re looking for 25 runners/walkers to participate in our annual 5K on Sunday morning, October 6, 2019 at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia.
Come cheer on our participants or join us by registering to run or walk. As a participant, you have to commit to raising a minimum of $200 to support Pamoza's programs. There is also a $25 registration fee, which covers t-shirts, snacks, medals, and other event costs. You will be provided with an online fundraising platform, support from our team, and tips for successfully running/walking a 5K. Most important, you will be supporting our wonderful work in Malawi, Africa.

Last year, we had 25 participants raise $18,000! It was a great event and we set a high bar for 2019. Please help us exceed our goal this year!
